And S-AI is the managing member of Sustain-ability Funding, LLC and Edward Crosby is Chief Executive. This company provides a full range of financial services including funding, account servicing and investment supporting sustainability infrastructure project development and ongoing operations. The company primarily focuses on the funding of utility scale solar, wind and geothermal electric power generation, bio-fuels production, distribution and potable water infrastructure.

Edward Crosby is managing member, Pueblo Rio Development LLC, PRD provides international sustainability planning and development consulting services including, pre-conceptual planning, master planning, organizational planning and implementation management. Current projects include development of Sustain-ability Center in Southern Nevada. This assignment includes acquisition, master planning and development of the community which will serve as the base of operations for planning and development of thousands of megawatts of utility scale solar power.
