Mr. Crosby has lead a decade long planning project begun as a 3000 acre Phoenix Urban Renewal Project. The  project is planned to be funded by hosting a World’s Fair with a Sustainability theme. As Arizona adopted Sustainability for an Economic Engine of growth the Phoenix World’s Fair plan grew into a plan for the Arizona World’s Fair. The State Plan identifies 20 Demonstrations Projects as Exhibits of it’s new sustainability industry.
